How does the pricing work?

HR Partner usage is charged per employee, per month. Our monthly pricing is substantially more beneficial than most of our mainstream competitors.

How long will it take me to get up-and-running?

Acting on your instruction it typically takes just 48 hours to complete your set-up. We will provide you with the relevant logins to access the system and start using it straightaway. Data import from an Excel source or existing system can be included in the setup. If required, we can also accommodate special bespoke requirements and tailor the way the system works, for an additional fee.

Can I access the software over the internet anytime?

HR Partner can be accessed 24/7 over the internet from anywhere in the world. In the office, home office or out onsite with your customer - personnel records, documents and reports will always be easy to find.

What do I need to access HR Partner?

We use Microsoft technology and SSL security to transform your customer’s internet browser into an innovative HR software application. All they need to access HR Partner is an internet connection.

How secure is HR Partner?

Personnel data is stored securely in firewall-protected data servers at our state-of-the-art UK data centre. This is compliant to ISO data storage standards, and entirely UK based. We are ICO-registered data handlers. VeriSign SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology ensures your data is safe when accessed over the internet. This is the same type of security used for internet banking and online store payments.

What happens if I have a query?

Naturally, sometimes users will have questions, or want to know more about how to use the system. When this happens, we’re right here! Full technical support is included at no extra charge, with unlimited access to the UK Support Desk for technical and software related queries.

How will I be billed?

You will be invoiced monthly on the first day of the month. The total amount due will be calculated based on the number of current employees agreed when you sign up for HR Partner. Billing is only calculated on current ‘active’ employees – there is no charge for leavers.

Billing starts on the 1st day of the first full month you have access to HR Partner, unless otherwise agreed.
